When you think of "preppy," you think of...
Honestly, my life revolves around preppy. But if I had to narrow it down, I would say boarding schools, country clubs, sailing, and penny loafers.
Josh Jewett

What was your most beloved piece of clothing as a child?
My brother was 6 years older than me, but I was constantly stealing his clothes. By far my favorite was his Old Skool two-tone blue low-top Vans. I still own a pair today!
Your favorite way to spend family time is…
Bedtime snuggles with Piper. It could be the worst beat-down of a day, but 10 minutes of snuggles melts it all away.
Jane Skeen

What's your happiest childhood memory?
Going to my grandparents’ house for the annual clambake. Every family member would be in attendance, and there would always be excessive eating and laughing. I loved that place so much, I bought the house and have lived there for the past 28 years!
Your favorite holiday is....
Halloween, which also is my wedding anniversary.

The Greenwich Cape. To a mom, it's a chic, effortless piece. To the girl who wears it, it's the perfect way to be a superhero!
What was your most beloved piece of clothing as a child?
From age 2 to 3 I would only wear a bathing suit—even in the middle of winter.

Sun-bleached Nantucket red shorts, garden parties, gingham, and autumn in New England. The timeless traditions of good taste and nostalgic, all-American style.
What's your happiest childhood memory?
Each year, my mom and I would host a Mother-Daughter Christmas tea party. It was filled with friends, festive party dresses, holiday sweets, and ornament exchanges.
