Please read the following information carefully to understand Classic Prep's Return, Exchange and Refund Policy. 

Returns and Exchanges

We are very proud of the quality of our products and make it a priority to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason, your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Items returned between 31-45 days of shipment can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unworn, and with hang tags attached. 

Returns, credits, exchanges and warranty replacements will not incur a processing fee.

Items purchased on sale are returnable for store credit or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse. Outlet items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Monogrammed or custom embroidered items cannot be returned. Accessories such as Face Masks, Headbands, Socks, and Scrunchies cannot be returned.

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Swimwear returns will only be accepted with the hygienic liner intact.

Quality and damage related returns will require providing an image of the item to help us understand the issue.

All items purchased with code SPRING are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All items purchased with code MDW are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All items purchased with code YAY80 are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

To Initiate a Return or Exchange

Create a return or exchange by clicking HERE. Be sure to have the order number and your email address available. Please note return labels will expire 7 days from creation. Returns and Exchanges are FREE.

Please note that all returned merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging with hang tags attached.

Late or Missing Refunds

Returns are processed 24-72 hours from receipt. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Price Adjustment Policy

If you pay full price for an item that is later discounted, Classic Prep will be happy to adjust the price if it is addressed within 24 hours of your purchase. Items purchased at a discounted rate are ineligible for price adjustments. No adjustments will be made for discounted items during our Black Friday - Cyber Monday sales.
