      Please read the following information carefully to understand Classic Prep's Shipping, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy. 


      We will do our best to ship orders submitted prior to 11am the same day. Orders submitted after 11am EST may be shipped the next business day. Quoted shipping times account for USA and delivery country business days only. Please be mindful of holidays when selecting your delivery method. If you have an urgent situation or question about shipping timelines, please use our contact page to reach out to us or reply back to your order confirmation. Please note if payment is made using ACH or Paypal ePay, CPC must wait until the payment clears (3-7 business days) prior to beginning shipment.  

      International Shipping Duties & Customs:

      It is CPC policy that all customs and duties for shipments outside the USA are billed to the recipient by the shipping carrier.

      International Shipping Rates:

      Our Standard International Shipping method uses the recipient's domestic mail service to provide final delivery.  Due to the nature of customs processing and recipient country's domestic mail service, CPC can only provide an estimated delivery date and does not guarantee shipping timelines.  Rates for our Standard International Shipping are based on delivery country and order weight and will be determined during checkout. We do offer free Standard International Shipping on orders over $200. CPC also offers several expedited shipping options from Fedex, DHL and UPS. 

      Returns and Exchanges

      We are very proud of the quality of our products and make it a priority to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason, your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 21 days of shipment from our warehouse.

      Returns, credits, exchanges and warranty replacements will not incur a processing fee.

      Items purchased on sale are returnable for credit, exchange or replacement only. Items marked FINAL SALE may only be exchanged or replaced depending on availability.

      Monogrammed or custom embroidered items cannot be returned. 

      Quality and damage related returns will require providing an image of the item to help us understand the issue.

      If more than 21 days have gone by since we shipped you your items, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

      To Initiate a Return or Exchange

      You can create a return or exchange by clicking HERE. Be sure to have the order number and your email address available. Please note return labels will expire 7 days from creation.

      Please note that all returned merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging with hang tags attached.

      Late or Missing Refunds

      Returns are processed 24-72 hours from receipt. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
