Shipping Cutoffs
Orders usually ship within 24-48 business hours. Quoted shipping times are for US orders only. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please be mindful of holidays when selecting your delivery method. Classic Prep cannot be held responsible for Carrier delays.
Please note if payment is made using ACH or Paypal ePay, Classic Prep must wait until the payment clears (3-7 business days) prior to beginning shipment.
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined and guaranteed by Shopify and Avalara (the company that partners with classicprep.com to handle online international shipping) during your checkout.
Due to the nature of international shipping and customs processing, Classic Prep can only provide an estimated delivery date and does not guarantee shipping timelines.
With Fedex International Connect Plus, the carrier will attempt delivery once. With Fedex Express International, the carrier will attempt delivery three times. Undeliverable packages will be held for pickup or returned to sender based on the carrier's policy.
